Delivery:

*All orders are sent with a tracked and signed for service. 

1- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times:

- FREE UK delivery : delivered within 2-6 days.

- FREE International orders for orders over £800: delivered within 3-7 days.

Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as 12:30am on the day your delivery is expected.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone. 

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or DPD.

2 - WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been despatched

**Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.

3- ORDERING FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

‘EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses, customer will be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your Modviva parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Modviva's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.’

4- WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 3 days..

6- DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Modviva. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

7- UK Standard DELIVERY  - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Delivery will take 2-6 calendar days to arrive. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our Saver Delivery service

8- DISPUTED DELIVERY
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further. 

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 3 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.

 

9- PACKAGING:
All items are pre-owned, and are expertly authenticated by Modviva. Every effort will be made to ensure you receive the original dust bag, box, or other accessories where available. All purchases are packaged to a high standard of care ensuring the quality, safety and security of the item.

 

 

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? No problem, some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.

1-How to cancel your order:

To cancel your order please email us at contact@modviva.co.uk as soon as possible.

*We can't cancel your order if your order has already been prepared

If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Tracking your order:

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Our brands and partner boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

Depending on your location, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.
